Employment legal expert, Jennifer Jauffret of Richards, Layton and Finger law firm, presented a workshop designed to help participants understand the ever evolving legal regulations associated with workplace accommodations. Attendees were afforded an opportunity to interactively brainstorm solutions to real complex examples.

Workplace Disability Inclusion Tools and Technologies

An interactive workshop conducted by the Job Accommodation Network (JAN). Participants learned about explored free tools & learned techniques and technologies to help with developing inclusion processes, providing reasonable accommodations, and implementing sustainable workplace disability inclusion efforts.

A workshop focused on helping our hometown heroes overcome workplace barriers.  Attendees learned about military culture and were given unique tips to creating a welcoming environment as well as accommodation solutions. This workshop was presented by nationally recognized trainers and offered SHRM continuing education units.

Film Screening - SWIM TEAM

September 13, 2017

Guests were treated to a free screening of an award-winning documentary that chronicled the journey of three young athletes with autism striving to become champions. The event was held at a beloved independent theater, Theater N/The Mill Auditorium, located in downtown Wilmington, DE.
